By accessing this shop and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Availability

All products are created in small batches and may have slight variations due to the handmade and printed nature of the items. Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting.

Availability is limited and products may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at checkout before orders are processed and shipped.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is entered correctly before completing your order.

Shipping

All mail subscriptions are typically shipped within the last week of the month. All other envelope orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, holidays, or carrier issues outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Refund requests may be considered only if an order was placed by mistake and the envelope has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been mailed, refunds are no longer available.

If your package has not arrived within 3–4 weeks from the shipping confirmation email, please reach out. Replacement envelopes will be available depending on stock availability.
