Cancellation policy

All sales are final.

If an order was placed by mistake, refund requests may be made before your envelope has been officially mailed. Once an order has shipped, refunds are no longer available.

If your envelope does not arrive within 3–4 weeks from the shipping confirmation email, please reach out through the contact form or email. A replacement envelope will be sent.
